📦 When will my order ship?

We aim to process all orders within 2–3 business days. During peak times or new collection launches, it may take a little longer. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order is on the way.

🌏 Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within Hong Kong. We’re working on expanding in the future — follow us at @miyeri_shop for updates.

📬 Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. You can also contact us at michelle@miyeri.com or WhatsApp us at +852 4650 7960 for support.

🔄 What’s your return & exchange policy?

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery for unworn items in original condition.

💎 Are your pieces hypoallergenic?

Yes. Our jewelry is designed with sensitive skin in mind and made using nickel-free materials whenever possible. If you have specific concerns, feel free to message us before ordering.

🎁 Can I send a gift?

Absolutely. All orders are carefully packaged and gift-ready. If you'd like to add a personal note, you can do so at checkout — we’ll handwrite it and include it for you.

🧼 How do I care for my jewelry?

To help your jewelry last:

  • Avoid water, perfume, and lotions

  • Store in a dry place (use your MIYERI pouch!)

  • Wipe gently with a soft cloth after each wear
