We hope you love your Miyeri pieces but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

📅 Return Window

We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

💎 What Can Be Returned or Exchanged?

Jewelry and accessories in original, unused condition

Clothing that has not been worn, washed, or altered

❌ We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Sale items or discounted pieces

Custom or personalized orders

Items showing signs of wear, damage, or missing packaging

🔁 How to Start a Return

Please email michelle@miyeri.com or WhatsApp us at +852 4650 7960 with your:

Order number

Reason for return or exchange

Photos if item is damaged or incorrect

We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.

🚚 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item at no additional cost (Hong Kong only).

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
