We’re committed to getting your Miyeri pieces to you safely, beautifully, and on time.

📍 Shipping Area

We mainly ship within Hong Kong. However, we are happy to ship worldwide and will always do our best to get your Miyeri pieces to you safely, wherever you are.

For some countries we haven’t shipped to before, please bear with us. It may be our first time working out the exact shipping rates and delivery times, so there could be small adjustments or delays while we learn and improve.

Processing times

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • During launches, sales, or holiday periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Estimated delivery times

  • Hong Kong: around 1–3 business days after dispatch.

  • Asia: around 5–10 business days after dispatch.

  • International: around 7–20 business days after dispatch.

Please note these are estimates only. Actual delivery times can vary depending on customs, weather, and the local postal or courier service.


⏱️ Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3-7 business days.
During new launches or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer. We’ll keep you informed by email.


💌 Delivery Time

Once shipped, orders typically arrive in 1-3 business days via local courier for Hong Kong and approximately 14 business days for the rest of the world.
You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order is on the way.


🧡 Shipping Fee

We offer free shipping on all Hong Kong orders over HK$350.
Orders under HK$350 will be charged a flat shipping rate of HK$30 across Hong Kong.  Worldwide shipping will vary depending on the country.


🎁 Packaging

Every Miyeri order is thoughtfully wrapped, perfect for gifting or personal unboxing moments. If you'd like to include a personal note, you can add it during checkout.


📦 Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order hasn’t arrived after 5 business days of shipping estimated time, please contact us at michelle@miyeri.com and we’ll help track it down.
